Phishing call - claim to be debt collection agency. Scam as I haven't been sent to collection agency nor does it appear to be a legit business. Blocking them
I do not know who these people are, but they call non-stop, nearly every single day. I do not have my answering machine turned on, and most of the time I have the phone on "DO NOT DISTURB" so that it does not ring; unless I am expecting a call, and have to leave the ringer turned on. You would think that after hundreds of calls, with no answer, and no machine picking up, that they would stop; but they continue to call, over, and over again. Due to the answering machine being turned off, the phone will only ring ~10 times before it automatically disconnects the caller, so they have modified their auto-dialer to ring ~6-8 times before they hang-up. They also call from 509.774.0966, this number brings up geographical information, exchange carrier, and a few complaint sites, when I did a search online; also, 509-774.4312, this one brings up one entry on 800NOTES.com; these are all listed as WHITE SALMON WASHINGTON on the caller ID. So, I just decided to call them back since it is 0103 hrs., where I am; the 774.0966 has a recorded message that says their hours are M-F, 0830-2100 hrs., and Saturday from 0830-1230 hrs., Eastern time. They claim to be HRRT, or HRRG, or HRRD; could not really understand the recording, sounds like a collector. The 774-0148 recording states that they are Integrity, (yeah right), Solution Services Inc., for GE Capital Retail Bank; again, sounds like a debt collector. The 774-4312 number disconnects without a recording. On the various maps displayed, most show them somewhere in the vicinity of White Salmon WA, but other maps show them closer to Seattle. Maybe I can pinpoint their exact location, and post it, so that someone in their area can pay them a visit. I hope this information helps someone; personally, since they already seem to have my number, and I have unlimited long distance on my home phone, I am going to start calling them, then hang up. I have nothing better to do since I became a DISABLED VETERAN!, and was left without an income. I have already told anyone that I may owe a balance to, what my situation is, and that I will bring any account, that may be delinquent, current when I am able to do so. There is absolutely no need to harass me, day after day, when there is nothing I can do about my current situation but wait, and that I would let them know if anything changes. Please stay tuned for further information on these "people" masquerading as humans.
