I got a call from this number ... caller left no voice message... when called back no answer at all...

answered this number. No one spoke. repeated myself twice sounded like someone was there but they didnt say anything. Hung up. Richland, WA

Stated that they are ARS, a debt collector.

They had the decency to leave a voice message saying who—and what—they were calling about.

Left a message with name and 800 number to call back. I looked up the 800 number and found a long list of information about this being a debt collector that breaks many laws.. Calls after 9. Calls friends and neighbors. Use threatening language and so forth.
