female caller stated irs threating lawsuit.

Automated message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I need to call immediately.

false irs collection call, threatened me with arrest, freezing of all assets etc.  claimed letters had been sent and so on.  this is a scam.

Different day, different phone number, same scam.  Geez I LOATHE the individuals who are willing to sink to such depths of depravity as to try to prey on weak individuals who fall for things like this...
