Left a voicemail on my mobile saying she was Vanessa from BofA merchant services and that she would be part of the new dedicated team handling my business account and wanted me to call her at 509-455-1492. Scam. Blocked the caller.
caller says her name is "mariah disotell". she says she is with boa customer service. do not talk to this person even if you have a bank of america acct. she is a scammer. she also sent an email to my personal address... but boa has only my business email address. boa does not employee outside people to talk to their business customers. her email has a fraud boa logo. and she spells "bank" as "banc". watch out!!!
