Please call 509-961-3585 (same # phone call is from). When you call back, they ask for your name and phone number so they can look up to see why the IRS is filing the lawsuit. I don't know what happens after that, but I did tell the man to stop calling me and he told me I was wasting his time. I told him I was going to report them for their scam and he told me to go ahead. So I know they are not the IRS. If you get on gov. website, IRS states they will never contact you by phone.

Multiple robot calls alleging imminent action by IRS and to call back same number for more information. Total scam and really annoying! Reported them IRS but good luck tracking what appears to be a cell number.
