Partial message on answering machine that the IRS was filing suit against us and to find out more about case to call this number. Our DA's office said is a scam, was on TV that the IRS does not inform of impending actions by phone; also we are thousands of miles from Washington state.

I also got a call saying I was in a lawsuit with the IRS and if I didn't pay them $3986.73 imediately I would be arrested.
I kept calling them back and asking questions and they started answering the phone, hey A... Hole why are you calling me. It was kind of fun.
