Voice activated trying to sell something. I sold them nothing when I hung up. Invalid number on my caller ID. Number was 510-121-7792-another low life who needs to be fed to the sharks.
Just got a call from this number on my cell. Didn't answer since it was unknown to me and they didn't leave a message so most likely a telemarketer slug.
This 510-121-7792 is an invalid number when I tried to phone them back. Before I block phone numbers or block entire area codes, I often like to repeatedly call them back, pretending to be very interested in their fake services, junk products, and credit card-stealing scams. The best way to retaliate against these idiots is to toy with them and drag them along on a phone conversation for 30 or 60 minutes while I go about doing other things. Asking them to stop call you does not help, and shouting expletives at them does not help. More than 80% of all scam phone calls that I receive originate from India - selling fake tainted generic Viagra, illegally pretending to be the IRS and requesting that you wire money to them, offering fake auto warranties and medical alert devices, and pretending that they are Microsoft and saying that your computer has a virus.
