Second time I got a call from this number and it shows on my phone as "invalid Phone number". NO message has been left. Scammers, scumbags, ... I just entered it on my phone as "Spam #10" and designate it as a blocked call.
A caller ID of "invalid number"! I love it! (This may be because the exchange begins with a 1, but maybe not.) I think we have our next blocked number.
