Who called from 5102109979

Received a call from this number - never seen it before. They didn't leave a message.

Received call on my cell phone. Caller id says Richmond CA. Did not answer, no message left.

I find when the callerid only lists a city and state it's a scammer calling.

Caller ID registered 'Customer Care'.  No message.  Another call came in just minutes later registering also 'Customer Care' from 430.255-9748.  No message either.  Could be the same scammer, changing the Caller ID information.

Called my cell, left no message.
