Received a missed call and voice mail in my google voice this afternoon. Nothing but silence when I played back the message.  I have no idea who it is. Oh well.

Same as Anon e mouse from July.  2 second silent message.  Block this number.

Received a call from 510-214-0977 today. I did not answer. Called it back from a land line and a recording state the line is not connected.

answered but no one there...didn't hang up, only silence for about 30 seconds.  called back 4 times, rings once or twice, then hangs up.

called me twice, didn't answer, no message
