Unknown but wants me to call them

I got a message on my ipad that my hard drive would be destroyed if I closed it and to call this number to get help.

Blocked my computer warning that a reboot would erase my hard drive .  Believe these to be Indian scammers trying to mess with the general public

i received Same error message and as i'm on phone with rep, the blue screen disappeared. he tried to charge me $300 for 3 years to clear virus so be very careful. btw i was trying  to log into google chrome
