They called again! I blocked them! Apparently that doesn't matter. Caller ID East San Francisco Bay Area. Called Feb 15th 2017 at 3:52pm  Didn't leave a message

Called, said "hi my name is tristen, wrong number" and hung up

Caller ID says location Richmond, no message.

No ID. No message. Blocked. In fact, I've blocked the entire 510-255 prefix. I don't know anyone in Richmond, CA and don't do business with any entities there.
