It's some vacation telemarketer, I seriously could not tell if it was a robo call or not. I put the phone down and she kept talking, after a couple of minutes she finally hung up the call. Don't bother calling the number back you'll get a busy signal. Marked the number as spam in Google Voice and the Android dialer.
