Called this morning - from Hayward, CA. Told me she was calling about an account that was sent to them that was past due. DC Management - I have had these people call me before and threaten me with a "the police is in your area and will arrest you". Today, I told her straight out there is no account past due and hung up the phone.
They been calling me every day for the past 2 years with different numbers stating i have an account past due for D2 management , i never got a payday loan from cash one especially having a bank account with J.P Morgan which i dont know who that is. Then he states of a job i had for some dancing company i never heard of. He then states since i don't want to pay for something i never applied for $ 300 with a prepaid card then he is going to file and told me good luck in jail. So whoever Bryon Summons is i dont know why they keep calling my number looking for you, but some how they got my name and imformation and stating lies please quit harrassing me
