i kept receiving a recorded message saying i need to return unused cable equipment through Comcast, which I did not have. i called the number given on the message (1-866-955-8618). his name was Frank and he somehow had my email address as well, and again said that i had 5 pieces of equipment that i hadn't returned. when i called Comcast to confirm if this was their recovery center, they said no and that i did not have any unreturned equipment on my file. sounds like fraud.
