It Seems that ER Solutions have acquired themselves a new number to harass us all. From the looks of it it seems that they are now acquiring numbers for regional harassment as opposed to there old 800 number. I have been dealing with them for some time now. I have told them that they have the wrong number, the wrong person, the wrong information, and the wrong time to call. They are relentless and still call, now early in the morning to annoy me that much more. I have looked into this number for a while and got no results, they never tell me who they are and who they represent, only answer questions regarding my social security number, my address, my name, it was ridiculous. I got my break when they left a recording this time with an English accent. "Hi this is Kelly Smith, and I am trying to reach (Insert name here) it is really important I get a hold of (Insert name here) if you are (Insert name here) press 1, if you need to put this call on hold, press 2, if I need to call back later press 3, or if this is the wrong number press 4 (horrible elevator music plays here)." It's funny that no matter what you do, they come to harass you. Instead of changing my number and letting now someone else deal with these guys I'll just make sure that they get on the blocked call list. It's annoying to have to deal with individuals who have little to no respect for people. What I mean is those who bark at you, yell, constantly interrupt you, call you a liar, and tell you that you will go to jail if you don't answer their questions, truly are pathetic, annoying and barbaric! I love to be threatened by a Marxist Leninist around 7am! I forgot that we live in the United States were we all have rights to those who persecute us, but I guess someone forgot to get the 200+ year old memo... I hope to anyone who reads this and is going through the same issue understand that they are not the only ones, and that collection agencies have the right to 1) Introduce who they are and why they are calling. 2) To respect the wishes of the caller that they are dealing with. 3) To stop calling when its confirmed that the person and/or reason is not at all involved with the individual you are calling. I wish you all god speed and hopefully this will be the only post involving this number. I hate to know that there are others who deal with the same garbage in which I am currently involved in.
I got three calls from this number today while i was out and a message was left for me to call them back and ask for a Kelley Smith and that it is important that I speak to her. I know I have debts to pay but they should say they are with a debt collector and that the call is an attempt to collect a debt. I am currenlty on a payment plan with debt wave a credit collection agency and with those whose debt is not much I pay what I can. I hope they do not call back again unless they truly identify themselves as a creditor or a collection agency. Otherwise, I will just have to ignore their calls but will report them to the appropriate authorities. I know I am in debt and am honestly trying to avoid bankrupcy but with these callers that may make me change my mind. Irregardless of what course of action I take, I want this complaint I have about this caller reported. I do not need harrassing calls.
