You could do several things to help stop the calls.
You could talk to them and try to find out who they really are and then report them with the gathered information about themYou could block the number and ignore that they ever called
I keep receiving calls from this number saying they are from the Financial Aid office of the US and now matter how many times I tell them to stop or threaten to report their number, they keep calling.
