Called 10/26, left no message, ID: SSI?

They called me and ask for female household.  I hung up without further answer.  There is no government office works at 7:30PM.

ID = SSI. Like the poster above noted, no government agency would be calling to California at 7:30pm. Besides, they all send mail if it is important. Blocked while it wa still ringing.

SCAMMMERS:   They call me everyday @ 8:30 PM. NEVER DO I EVER WANT TO PICK UP FROM THESE JERKS!!!!!

Just. called. Didn't answer since SSI doesn't call at 745p. Let it ring to my fax. No longer have an answering machine because of all these scam callers.
