Who called from 5104650236

The number being used is an actual number from Alemeda County but I believe the person who is calling everyone is using the number as a cover up . I have actually talked to a REAL social worker on the number but now the number is calling me repeatedly late at night when the Alemeda County offices are closed .

Just reveived this csll at 7pm asking for me by name on my recording as I did not pick up. Looking at the info below, this is a scam. Glad I checked.

they keep calling me it has been more than 10 times and it is an identity theif it is coming from oakland and everyone who has ever gotten a call from him shoud figure him or her out and sue
