I picked up and they hung up almost instantly without saying anything.

Called and when I answered, they just kept the line hanging until I hung up

Picked up the call by mistake and she said I was selected...blah blah blah...totally don't know what she's talking about.  I just stopped her by saying " I'm not interested in, don't call me anymore. Thank you." then hang up and put her to auto reject list.

I didn't pay attention to the caller ID. It actually shown California.

Yeah she just hangs up after you answer  she's an [***]

Its someone working for a survey company who's probably only tracked by their number of calls and then paid so ... if you call it back the recording states if you want off the list press 9 we'll see cause i did
