I get a call from them almost every single day. Seems like a scam to me. They say they are Kaiser but why not send me a letter in the mail then, instead of calling and leaving voicemails about non-important, non-urgent things every single day? No thank you.
Voicemail received that states the below, but being a Kaiser member for years I have never known them to leave such messages. Additional Detail: My voicemail came in from CallerID (510) 488-0206 which is in Oakland, CA. "Hello this is Kaiser Permanente calling for [My Name] we were calling to make sure you have everything you need and to share some helpful information please call us back toll-free at 1-844-621-1457 again the number is 1-844-621-1457 thank you and have a good day. Goodbye."
Be careful answering Yes/No questions as they can record your responses and use them to playback on other voice prompted systems like banks or online accounts.
