They said "i am calling long distance, can you hear me ok". I just hung up.

Six missed calls, started blocking the.  The probably want to record you answering "Yes" AVOID

Same as the others, has started calling every 2 hours or so, I am going to have not block it, this is getting to be harassment

Calls so many times in a day it should be considered harassment

Same as other callers, if they call again I'm taking action against. I don't answer numbers I'm not famiar with and who don't leave a voicemail.
