This phone number 510-534-5718 called my cell and I answered it and no one answered back and when I tried to call it back it keeps having a busy tone? Any one else get a call from this number?

Hey people...I also got that call today(6/8) about 11:45. The same happened; no answer, then a busy signal when calling back
