I just received the same email. From Rick Owens national debt service. The are claiming I had a loan from cash advance Inc company. I do not have a payday loan, so I'm sure it's a scam.
Yes, I received the same email. Threatening if I do not call to make payment within the next hour they would be contacting me employer and my County Court with possible costs of $3796.00 There were even typos in the email.
I call bluff, if I even had a loan out in that amount it would hit my credit report (which it hasn't). Also, there is nothing showing who the original debt is with or the account number it would be from.
