Caller identified themselves as "California Air" ( Caller ID showed "UNKNOWN NAME" -- probably an outbound telemarketing company presumably hired by California Air, or just a scam) and were calling to schedule a furnace check-up. Have never done business with this company (if even real), so it is an illegal telemarkeing sales call. Asked them to not call again. Can only guess whether they will honor that request....
