CID was "wireless caller" and they only let it ring three times. This number has been calling me every day which is very annoying. I do not know anyone in California.

Same with me. It must be spam. But seeing the message makes me so nervous every time because I'm waiting to hear some news about my sister, and every time they call I think she's died. No one calls me usually, ever.
Sorry to hear about your sister but I am pretty sure this is a spam caller as they called me three times in five minutes tonight. I am almost positive this is robo-dialer.
