Called my business number and left no message.

can hardly speak English, ask for owner, who is not available at this # won't leave me a call back # for the owner to return call, soooooooooo guess what I will have to do is block this #, so I won't have to waste anymore time with the nuisance call.

Repeated calls.   Asked to be removed from list.

They call to ask if I need someone to build a website. I responded no and they hang up. It sounds like someone's cell phone.
