Who called from 5108261093

Ask for someone with a heavy accent that I did not understand.  Told him he had called a city agency.  He hung up.

This is supposedly a website company. The caller is foreign-sounding and has called our office 5 times today. We finally had to block him.

A woman called several times today and with heavy accent.

They have called every 20 minutes and I would like them to stop.

Called and left a 16-second message.  "Sam" from "a sign design company" I think is what he said, I could barely make out the very thick accent from the background noise.  Wants to help my "company" even though we're a public school.  Uhhh, no thanks!
