just a bot caller. there to see if you answer. If you DO answer you'll just be hung up on instantaneously and added a a seperate list of people who answer. Then you'll get a multidude of additioanl numbers calling you to do the very same thing. Next you'll be randomly called repetedly by a company posing as <enter your local power/gas company here> to come to your house to set up a solar power estimate. They will berate you and bad mouth you if you do anything besides stroke their gentle egos.
