Said I took out a payday loan in the amount of $400 back in 2012. I did not take out any loans. Had all my info.. birthdate, last 4 digits of social security, gave me a claim number and said I needed to pay it back or they will garnish my wages. Someone will come to my house to serve me from the hours of 12-5. Linda Santos, the person whom I spoke with, said they will be coming after my wages. I told them to come serve me and that I will fight it because I did not take out any loans from a check cashing place or online at that time. She hung up the phone as soon as I said it's a scam and I will bring making a police report for harassment.

All LIES - wages are garnished by court order and there is no warning if a summons is coming.
SUGGESTION - ignore the call (should they call again). Did you know making a threat of arrest is ILLEGAL??
