They called me today and it's not the first time. They are:
Fresh Air United Builders
2706 Bal Harbor Ln
Hayward, CA 94545
(510) 779-2703 & 2702
These are Google Voice numbers that get forwarded to a real phone but the calls are screened.

The salesman got upset when I requested a copy of their do not call policy. He promised to put me on THEIR DNC list.
I am already on the Federal DNC list.
BTW this company has terrible reviews on Yelp.
Caller ID shows "name unavailable" and the number. It appears to be an auto-dialer of some sort, if you pick up on the second or third ring, the call disconnects. If you try to call back, the number is disconnected.
Caller ID: Out of Area
Must be solicitor or telemarketer or something - when they reach the machine, they hang up. If it was someone we knew or do business with, they'd leave a message.
