After probably 100 calls from multiple numbers from 510-962-xxxx over months, never leaving a message, avoiding my number blocks somehow, I finally called the last number back. Diversified Consultants. I complained, they asked for my phone number, told me the name of a woman I had never heard of as listed for my number. I told them I have had that number for 40 years and I've never heard of that name. They told me they would remove my number. I told them if I get another call that is harassment subject to a $1500 per call fine and I would file a complaint with the FTC for each call. We'll see.
