Who called from 5109646775

Robocaller,  Small Biz Cash Advance.  I pressed 1 to get my load.  some lady answered coughed repeatedly into the phone, then hung up.
No CallerID.  The Called Number showed up as 15109646775, probably to confuse call blockers.

some bs robo call about a loan or something, I didn't listen more than a second. Added their scamming selves to my blocked list.

Never leave a message.

CID showed "Funding Dept". No message left on my answering machine.

3:16p.m. eastern time, 12/13/2016, received call from "El Sobrante, CA", answered, no response (as expected)
