Got a voice mail from a Kimberly Jenkins from Harris and Associates about a case in their office and gave a number for that. She stated that she had tried numerous times to contact me. This is the first time that I know of. She said if I didn't call back that they would process the case against me. I get these calls all the time from various places with these messages. I don't call back. I have been told that these are scams.
I got a call from my daughter-in-law and she said that a lady named Suaan Burch from Harris & Associates Law Firm was trying to locate me. This is the first time I had ever heard of that law firm or person. I had a couple of these calls in the past and they proved to be scams. I monitor my credit report every month, so this call threw up a red flag that it was a scam. I returned the call to 512-213-0963 and Susan Burch was not available, (likely story) I left a message as to not to bother me or nobody in my family again, and that I had good reason to know that she was not legitimate and I would be contacting the BBB about her and Harris & Assoc Law Firm.
