You can register your name on a do not call list but only only helps a little, the rest of the scum will find a way to get your number to call & not face any consequence unless enough people are adamant about reporting the same #'s to the correct authorities for harassment & or fraud .
Repeated calls and hangs up before voicemail starts. Blocked. Do Not Call means nothing to these scum. Blocking doesn't really help as the number is most likely spoofed anyway and not the actual number of origin. Any amount of complaints to authorities won't stop it.
