these people are freaking annoying -- they have found a way to work around the block call feature.  I have 9-10 calls a day from this kind of number all from 234 (Burnet, TX) exchange...other numbers are 512-234-4809/ 512-234-4806 / 512-234-4801 / 512-234-4845 / 512-234-4827 / 512-234-4846 512-234-4842 / 512-234-4839 /512-234-4850.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry, it doesn't matter, these people are scum...the calls start at 7:00 am in the morning and I DON'T LIVE IN TEXAS!
