He called me telling me that he wanted to talk to me about my job search. I was skeptical but kept talking. He asked me if I was hearing him twice. He asked me if I was working and how long would it take to quit my current job. And then he asked me if I was a US citizen and then he hung up. The number is on my blocked list now. Be careful!
Only answered because it's my area code. Twas 'Joe from Medicare, can you hear me?' using a new spoofed phone number. This jerk has to be a real scammer because he always says 'can you hear me' as part of his introduction. Watch out for this guy. Caller ID has name as unknown.
Answered because I was expecting a friend's call. "This is Emily from (muffled id) on a recorded line." I asked "You are Emily from what company?" and she hung up. Apparently my answer was not in the affirmative and it did not suit her scamming, recorded purpose.
