Googled the addresses associated with the numbers listed and they're not correct for the area. This caller, mostly a robot call(or more nefarious!) is NOT TO BE answered. Just block it!

Contact number: (845) 481.2223 Answering machine but takes messages. Return the favor and call and hang-up after leaving "empty air". Then BLOCK the number from your phone!!
No, this number is not "associated" with Lead CTOC - this number appears on one of the site's webpages is all, just like a lot of other numbers appear on that webpage.
I did find something interesting : the same "name and street and phone number" also appears in Hodges Directory, which is a website that has been found out to have a lot of fake information.
Thus I conclude "leadctoc.us" is a useless website.
