Called cell phone. "Have tried many times to notify you of student loan pre-approval" Fraud or fishing since I never had a student loan and did not app;y for one. Does not identify who they are or what company they represent. Have received the same message multiple time from different numbers each time. Every thing about the call, recorded message (used on many different numbers), not identifying who they represent and the information they use to "justify" the call is all falsehoods and the probable spoofing of the number screams scam/fraud.
