Don't normally answer numbers k don't recognize but curiosity got the better of me! Message about tax relief. Thank heavens I don't owed the IRS anything. I too wish all telemarketing and robo calls could be banned. I'm on the do not call registry for several years now and am still getting these ridiculous calls.
