I picked up and ONLY LISTENED, as I did not recognize #. I waited for about 7 seconds to see if they might initiate "hello, anyone there?", but they just hung up. They are probably phishing to see if someone picks up (with voice) so they can pass my # around for marketing or scams. Try this new way of answering, waiting for them to speak first!
It’s the Survey SCAM. Call back gets, "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for is now finished." This robo "survey" is how the telemaggots get around the DNC regulations. There is no survey just some nonsense questions. You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for you credit card number. It's a SCAM. Block it.
