Major scam caller! Heard about this scam on the news. You answer the telephone the caller said " hi this is Emily from customer service, can you hear me okay" the first clue this is a scam is they did not give a company name .. second clue is they are wanting you to answer "yes" then they record you saying "yes" at a later time they contact you again trying to scam a payment from you. The news reported they try to claim you agreed to purchasing something from them. Then some folks have been scammed into giving them a credit card number for a payment for something they never bought ... amazing what some folks fall for! I answered her with a very loud, long farting sound. :) I HATE scammers!
Same as above. Says her name is Emily, having trouble with her head set then asking if you can get her. Very natural and convincing, until you try to respond to her and can tell it it is a recording
