Just received a call from this number and since it said "Austin, TX" I answered because my youngest daughter just flew to Austin yesterday and I thought maybe she borrowed a cell or something to call.
BUT - it's just another robocall telemarketer making illegal cold calls trying to sell septic tank crap. They claim not to be trying to sell something and doing an environmental survey call - but then do nothing except talk about their septic tank product and to press 1 to talk to someone to BUY it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any "survey" call that includes an attempt to sell you something or have someone come to your house to show you their "product" - IS A SELLS CALL. That makes 100% of these calls illegal as far as the FTC is concerned.
100% worthless crap!
Do NOT talk to these people, ONLY scammers make illegal cold sells calls.
