Wages are garnished by court order. You would have had a trial, not an email. Jail or arrest will not happen even if you did owe money. That is an illegal threat.
I have received numerous emails from this phone number and that representative says his name is Logan Brown, the email he listed himself as Senior Attorney Officer and also as LOGAN BROWN, Sr. Investigation Officer. When i was advised by my attorney to ask him for his bar number, he began to stutter and refused information! He wanted me to give him my debit information via email to make payments toward this debt he says I owe but has refused to provide the date the debt was incurred. SCAM, BEWARE!
