Called 315 PM. Rang twice, no message

Call with no message left. I did not pick it up since I didn't recognize it.

I normally would not have answered but I was expecting a call from area code 512 so I did answer this time. However, I quickly cut the guy off when he began his solar energy spiel. I have blocked the number now.

Let it go to VM. Some "energy" company wanting to sell something. Do Not Call List is a joke that's not funny.

The Do Not Call List stops legitimate businesses from telemarketing. It doesn't stop criminals any more than speed limit signs stop speeders.
