So got a call. It's for my daughter. A ticket she supposedly got in Cali 6years ago. Reason wasn't right. Tactic was pay now. Can do payment plan but won't stop dl from being suspended. Can't get dl reinstated until paid in full. Wanted address. Didn't give it. So what can they really do? Can they really have dl suspended?
I keep getting phone calls for someone else and I have told these people that they have the wrong number. They refuse to take my number off of their list and they keep calling. Very frustrating since they think I'm the person they are tryng to reach and I am not. How do I get these people to stop calling??
Although they've recently changed their lengthy message to "press 1 to discuss a pending court case," The Municipal Services bureau called and left message 32 times in two months. There number (1-800-616-0166) has been reported to the Government twice.
I have not had any type citation, driving or otherwise, and these people keep harrassing me with all these phone calls.
The caller ID indicated their 800 number the first few times, and then switched to 'anonymous,' but retained same message.
Received a letter from the same company MSB Government Services.
(512)454-4757 or 1-800-616-0166. The letter states from Austin Municipal court on Possession of drugs. I am not a drug user for one and next I have never lived in, let alone been to the state of Texas. They did get both my spouses and my first names on the latter, but no mention of our last name. It was addressed to use, but again, never been to Texas. Whats even funnier is that I work for the police department and would have heard about it at work before I got the letter. This is obviously a case of mistaken identity and should be dealt with almost as a case of identity fraud.
I am getting constant calls from this number regarding, "Someone in your home may have a pending court matter." It is driving me crazy. Any idea how I can get it stopped, or blocked?
