ID says Leander TX - don't answer - scammers trying to get info out of elderly

Caller ID showed this number and Unavailable. I answered it so I could ask to be removed from their calling list; however, after several of my “hello’s” into the phone, I heard noise, but no one answered. This will be another number to put on my call blocking list.
