HA! Some telemarketers, spouting some [***] about communications.
Interestingly enough, when I told them they could e-mail us any info they had, she said (I kid you not) "I can't e-mail, but I can fix it over."
Seriously. A communications company that doesn't sue e-mail?

So TODAY, when this number called, it was for something else....
Claimed to be the Lyons Club (with whom we work regularly through our non-profit). He didn't have the name of the person he wanted, he just wanted "whoever writes the checks"
Kind of a red flag. That's not how people solicit donations for real companies.
The second giant red flag was that he refused to take the email I offered him. Every other company soliciting donations asks for that, and usually sends an email. This guy hung up on me.
