several calls with just beeps -- calling number gets message that phone has been disconnected, ending with "twc5"

Its a fax line for Clinical Lab

512-493-1053 along with 512-592-5476 call every morning early with just beeps.  Can't call it back since its a disconnected not working number twc5

Missed calls on my cell phone from 512-493-1053 and several from 512-592-5476

The phone rings off the wall due to this number. At the end of the number it shows "CPN". We have tried faxing something back to it but still continues to call us.
