I told them we couldn't do windows this year (not really a lie; new windows would be nice, but we have other projects that are WAY higher on the to-do list). They asked if they could call later in the future. I said sure, but it'll be at least another year before we can consider anything like windows.
That all said, the human with whom I spoke was actually really nice. Now, we'll have to see if they really stop calling (for a while, at least).
If u don't give them a "yes" or "no" get ready for BOT calls every other week until u give em an answer, lol. If blocked get ready for plan B. Employee making another visit to Ur neighbourhood.
